Warranty
If you are not satisfied for any reason with your purchase, please contact me and we will make things right. If we cannot fix it or replace it, we’ll refund your purchase price.
Return Policy
At Bluefeather Gardens and Workshop, we want you to shop in confidence knowing that your purchase is guaranteed. If you have any problems at all with your purchase, we'll cheerfully refund the purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account.
To return an item, you will first have to e-mail us at info@bluefeathergardens.com and receive a return authorization number and the address to ship your return to. The product(s) can be returned as long as the product is; a) unused and in new condition; b) you have written your return authorization # on the outside of the package that you are returning. If returning an item(s) for an exchange, the returned item(s) must be for the same item in either a different color or size. Otherwise, you will have to place a new order on the internet and pay for your order, plus the appropriate shipping and handling rates. If products are damaged during original shipping to you or defective Bluefeather Gardens and Workshop will exchange the item(s) or refund payment to you after the item(s) are returned. You must notify us immediately by e-mail regarding receiving damaged or defective goods. E-mail us at info@bluefeathergardens.com so we can arrange for return shipping. Bluefeather gardens and Workshop is not responsible for damaged or defected item(s) that are not reported within 5 days of arrival to you.
We recommend that you insure returned items as Bluefeather Gardens and Workshop is not responsible for packing your returned items that may be damaged during return shipping. You will also need to make sure that your return package has a tracking number as this is your responsibility for return shipping.
You can return the item- at your expense – up to two weeks after you received it, and we will credit you for the amount of purchase (excluding our cost to originally ship your merchandise to you) as long as the merchandise is received by us in new condition. You will be notified if your returned item(s) do not qualify for a 100% purchase price refund. If the product is received in other than new and unused condition, a $10 restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.
Regarding late returns: You have two weeks from the receipt of your order to return the product following the return procedures written above. When a return order is shipped after two weeks of receiving it, an additional $10. restocking fee or 15% of the amount of purchase will also apply.
If we made a mistake on our order, let us know immediately by e-mail at info@bluefeathergardens.com . We will work with you to fix it at our expense.
If products that you are returning are in new condition, you will need to let us know when you contact us for a return authorization code. If we receive the return item with shipping damages, we will not be able to process a credit. Instead, you will need to file a claim with the company that shipped the item to receive reimbursement for your merchandise assuming that you read and followed our recommendation on insuring and tracking return merchandise.

Shipping
When and how will my order ship and arrive?
Please allow up to 14 days from the time your order was processed for USA shipping to arrive as some items may not be immediately in stock. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your order is shipped. Shipping requires the name, address, phone number, and e-mail address of the customer. For custom orders, an order confirmation e-mail will be sent with estimated date of completion and estimated ship date. If you have a preference for shipping either with UPS or with the USPS, please let us know at the time your order is placed.
We do not ship to international addresses at this time.

How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Due to the wide variety of products available from Bluefeather Gardens and Workshop, shipping charges will vary from item to item. Shipping charges are based on weight and size and can be calculated using the USPS or UPS websites. When you order from us, you will get a confirmation e-mail with the total charges. Oversize and overweight items will naturally cost more to ship. Please contact us at info@bluefeathergardens.com with any questions.
Handling will be charged at a flat rate for every item. This rate is $5.75 per package, regardless of content.
Shipping insurance is included in the handling price.
How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?
If an order is shipped to different addresses, then a shipping charge is applied to each address where you request a package is to be sent. Handling charges are the same as above, $5.75 per package.
Do I have to pay any Sales Tax?
Bluefeather Gardens and Workshop does not collect sales tax on orders shipped outside of Minnesota. We will collect 7% on all orders shipped to a Minnesota address.
